RESIDENTIAL   DeSIlva Residence The expansion of a small one-story frame residence that included both complete reconstruction of all spaces on the 1st Floor to provide a new Family Room, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and Rear Deck and four new Bedrooms and two new Baths on the 2nd floor together with access to a new Attic with storage areas. Only the foundations and portions of the 1st Floor walls were retained with all plumbing, electrical and heating-cooling systems replaced as a part of the project. The photos of the original residence as well as the completed residence indicate the scale of the project.
