COMMERCIAL   Union Pizzeria Renovation of a former bow-string arched storage building into a new Restaurant-Performance Space and Sound Studio. Our portion of the project work was restricted to the restaurant portion of the structure that included a wood-fired brick pizza oven as well as the Kitchen, Bar and Dining areas. The walls of the space were stripped but paint and exposed brick were retained and the roof structure left exposed after structural repairs. The ductwork, electrical conduit and all piping were also left exposed.
